How should I expect my Tickets to be delivered when Purchasing?

There are a couple of different ways tickets will be delivered from the Ticket Evolution exchange.

1. Instant Delivery - These tickets will be automatically sent to your email upon completing the order. This will be marked by a lightning bolt in a neon green bubble on the inventory view in the last column. 

2. E-Ticket / QR PDF - These tickets will be sent electronically through a PDF file. This will be marked with the letter "E" in a green button

3. Physical Ticket - These tickets must be delivered in person or shipped through FedEx or UPS

4. Mobile Transfer

  • A ticket delivery method where the seller manually transfers a ticket from their ticketing account (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS, SeatGeek) to the buyer’s account using the platform’s built-in transfer feature.

  • The buyer must accept the transfer to receive the ticket.

5. “Wallet to Wallet” or Other “Transferless” Delivery 

  • Wallet-to-Wallet is a delivery method where a ticket moves directly from the seller’s digital wallet to the buyer’s digital wallet, without the buyer ever clicking a “Transfer” button.

Think:

  • Apple Wallet → Apple Wallet

  • Google Wallet → Google Wallet

No email acceptance. No manual transfer. No intermediate steps.
