From the EvoPay dashboard, sellers can:
- View available, pending, and restricted balances
- Balance = total balance regardless of any restrictions or pending sent.
- Pending Sent = pending on a transaction, whether that is a sale, purchase, or withdrawal
- Spendable = Balance minus any restricted order balances
- Restricted
- If payment terms = pay on event, the funds restriction will release 72 hours after the event passes
- If payment terms = pay on completion, the funds restriction will release once delivered/completed
- If payment terms are met and you still see a restriction, that likely means there was a problem with the order. Please contact sellersupport@ticketevolution.com with your order and details.
- Send Payment to another broker = (1% Transfer Fee)
- Deposit funds into EvoPay
- Takes 2-3 business days to clear
