Change of Delivery to Mobile Transfer

Ticket Evolution supports upgrading the delivery method to Mobile Transfer.

*For Major League Baseball Orders, barcode fulfillment is required, and mobile transfer is not supported.

  • Open the specific Order that requires the change to Mobile Transfer
  • Choose TM Mobile or Flash/AXS
    • If it's a transfer, we don't differentiate the primary source unless it's Flash/AXS. So, for normal account manager transfers that are not Flash/AXS, pick TM Mobile.
  • Select "Yes" for Choose Shipment Type Warning
  • The transfer information will show under "Details."
  • Mark the order completed/delivered (green button).
  • Proof of transfer is supported. Please upload proof upon completion.
