Ticket Evolution supports upgrading the delivery method to Mobile Transfer.
*For Major League Baseball Orders, barcode fulfillment is required, and mobile transfer is not supported.
- Open the specific Order that requires the change to Mobile Transfer
- Choose TM Mobile or Flash/AXS
- If it's a transfer, we don't differentiate the primary source unless it's Flash/AXS. So, for normal account manager transfers that are not Flash/AXS, pick TM Mobile.
- Select "Yes" for Choose Shipment Type Warning
- The transfer information will show under "Details."
- If you picked the wrong option, you can't undo that option. Email to sellersupport@ticketevolution.com
- Mark the order completed/delivered (green button).
- Proof of transfer is supported. Please upload proof upon completion.
