Ticket Delivery Timing Policy
In-Hand Date Requirement
Tickets are delivered according to the In-Hand Date listed on your order confirmation.
This date represents the latest date a seller is contractually required to deliver the tickets.
Sellers have until 8:00 PM EST on the In-Hand Date to complete delivery.
Same-Day Event In-Hand Dates
If the In-Hand Date is the same day as the event, delivery is expected by 8:00 PM EST on the day before the event, unless there is a known delivery delay caused by the venue or primary ticketing platform.
Known delivery delays may include:
Tickets not yet released by the venue
Transfer restrictions imposed by the primary ticketing provider
Mobile-only tickets with delayed transfer windows
If a known delay exists, delivery may occur after 8:00 PM EST on the IHD date.
Early Delivery Requests
Sellers are not required to deliver tickets before the In-Hand Date.
Early delivery depends on:
When the venue releases tickets
When transfers are enabled by the primary ticketing platform
Requests for early delivery do not change the seller’s contractual deadline.
Failure to Deliver
If tickets are not delivered by the applicable deadline:
8:00 PM EST on the In-Hand Date, or
8:00 PM EST the day before the event (for same-day In-Hand Dates, unless delayed),
Our team will intervene to resolve the order.
Resolution may include:
Securing replacement tickets of comparable value, or
Issuing a refund if replacement is not available
Important Policy Notes
The In-Hand Date is not the event date; it is the seller’s delivery deadline.
Delivery timing is based on the original In-Hand Date shown on the order.
Entry to the event is guaranteed once tickets are properly delivered.
