EvoPay Clearance Time

Standard Deposit Timing

EvoPay deposits are exported to the bank at approximately 4:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays.

Once exported, deposits typically take 2–3 business days to clear in your bank account.

Important Notes:

• Business days do not include weekends or bank holidays.

• The 2–3 business day window begins after the deposit is exported to the bank.

• Clearance timing is determined by banking institutions and may vary slightly depending on your bank.

• If interested in sending a bank wire, we can send additional information, but the minimum deposit amount must be $5,000.

Early Clearance Program

If you are enrolled in the Early Clearance Program, your deposit will clear automatically within approximately one hour of export.

There is no action required once enrolled — accelerated clearance is applied automatically to eligible deposits.
