Are Seat Numbers Guaranteed?

Seat numbers are not guaranteed at the time of purchase unless explicitly stated in the listing.

Listings are sold as:

• Consecutive seats

• Specific row only (rows may be masked)

  • If you need an exact row, please ensure to clarify at the time of inquiry

While seats will meet the listing description, we cannot guarantee specific seat numbers unless they are included in the listing details or agreed to prior to purchase and purchase is made in real-time.

Requesting Seat Numbers

If you would like to request seat numbers for a listing, we can review the inventory; however:

• Seat numbers are subject to seller disclosure.

• Some sellers do not provide seat numbers prior to purchase.

• Availability may change at any time.

Providing the Ticket Group Number will significantly speed up the review process.

How to Find the Ticket Group Number in CORE

If you do not know the Ticket Group Number:

1. Log into CORE

2. Go to the Inventory Show Page

3. Click directly on the listing

4. A pop-up box will appear

5. The Ticket Group Number will be displayed in that pop-up

Include this number when submitting your request.
