Mobile Transfer Accepting Errors

If you are receiving an error when trying to accept your mobile ticket transfer, follow the steps below before contacting support.


Step 1: Wait a Few Minutes

Transfer systems (Ticketmaster, Paciolan, and others) may take a few minutes to process.

  • Wait 2–5 minutes after clicking the acceptance link.

  • Do not repeatedly click the link during this time.

Repeated attempts can sometimes trigger errors or duplicate sessions.


Step 2: Log Out and Log Back In

  1. Log out of the ticketing account (Ticketmaster, Paciolan, etc.).

  2. Close your browser or app completely.

  3. Log back in.

  4. Check your upcoming events or ticket section.

In many cases, the tickets have already been successfully accepted and are sitting in your account.


Important: Check Which Account You Were Logged Into

This is one of the most common causes of confusion.

For Ticketmaster, Paciolan, and most other primary ticketing systems:

The tickets will accept into the account that is logged in at the exact time you click the acceptance link.

If you were logged into:

  • A different email account

  • An old account

  • A work vs personal account

  • A family member’s account

The tickets may have been accepted into that account instead.

What to Do:

  • Log out of all accounts.

  • Log into the account associated with the transfer email.

  • Check for the tickets there.


Additional Tips

  • Try accepting the transfer in a private/incognito browser window.

  • Ensure you are using the correct email address tied to the transfer.

  • Avoid switching accounts mid-process.


Still Not Seeing Your Tickets?

If you’ve:

  • Waited a few minutes

  • Logged out and back in

  • Confirmed you’re in the correct account

…and still do not see the tickets, contact support and provide:

  • The email address used to accept the transfer

  • The ticketing platform (Ticketmaster, Paciolan, etc.)
