When will I get my tickets? In Hand Date is Current (Event Date is Not Today)

When Will I Receive My Tickets? (In-Hand Date = Current)

If your order shows an In-Hand Date of “Current” and the event is not today, this means:

  • The seller has already been notified to deliver your tickets

  • Notifications are sent automatically via email reminders

  • The seller is still within their allowed delivery window

Seller Delivery Deadline

  • Sellers are required to deliver tickets no later than 8:00 PM EST on the In-Hand Date

  • Many sellers deliver closer to the event to ensure accuracy and prevent last-minute changes

Known Delivery Delays

In rare cases where there is a known delivery delay (for example, venue transfer restrictions or release timing controlled by the primary ticket provider), sellers may be granted additional time to fulfill all impacted orders.

When this occurs:

  • The delay typically affects all buyers for that event

  • Sellers are still actively required to fulfill every order

  • Our system continues to send automated reminders

What You Can Expect

  • No action is required from you at this time

  • Our system continues to send reminders until tickets are delivered

  • If tickets are not delivered by the applicable deadline, our support team will step in to make it right per our Buyer Guarantee

When to Contact Support

  • If it is after 8:00 PM EST on the In-Hand date, and tickets have not been delivered

  • If the event is the same day and you have not yet received tickets
