Overview

AXS ticket transfers are fulfilled directly through the AXS platform. Tickets are automatically delivered to the recipient’s account associated with the email address used for the transfer.


Important Notes

  • Tickets are delivered via AXS transfer
  • Customers may not always receive or locate the transfer email
  • Tickets will automatically appear once the correct account is accessed
  • Retransfers are not guaranteed

Step 1: Access AXS

Customers can access their tickets using either option:


Step 2: Create or Log Into an AXS Account

  1. Open the AXS website or app
  2. Select Sign Up / Log In
  3. Create an account using the same email address the tickets were transferred to

⚠️ The email must match exactly or tickets will not appear


Step 3: View Tickets

  • Once logged in, tickets will automatically populate in the account
  • Navigate to “Your Tickets” or “Orders” if needed

Troubleshooting Tips

  • Double-check you are using the correct email address
  • Try logging in on both:
    • The AXS website
    • The AXS mobile app
  • Check spam/junk folders for any AXS emails (if applicable)

If Tickets Still Do Not Appear

  • Have the customer reconfirm the email used for transfer
  • Ensure the account is created with that exact email
  • Log out and log back in after account creation

Time-Sensitive Issues

If the issue persists and the event is approaching:
