Overview
Once you've confirmed an order and are ready to transfer your tickets, you'll need to update the delivery type in CORE so the buyer receives their tickets correctly. This article walks you through how to find your order and select the right delivery method.
Step 1: Log In to CORE
Go to your CORE account and log in with your credentials.
Step 2: Navigate to Your Order
You have a few ways to locate your order:
Option A – Orders Tab (recommended for browsing)
- Click Orders in the top navigation bar.
- Search by the Group ID (the first half of your order number, before the dash) to pull up all related orders in a group. The last half is the Order ID.
Option B – Quick Search
- Use the Quick Search bar at the top of the page.
- Enter the Order ID to jump directly to the order.
Step 3: Scroll to the Delivery Info Section
Once you're on the order detail page, scroll down to the Delivery Info section. You'll see:
- Delivery Type: TBD
- State: Pending
- A prompt to select your delivery method
Step 4: Select the Correct Delivery Type
Click the button that matches how you're delivering the tickets:
| Button | When to Use |
|---|---|
| TM Mobile | You are transferring tickets directly via Mobile transfer |
| TM Mobile Link | You are delivering via a mobile link / transferless link. If multiple links, the structure is link then comma without a space for each link. For example - link,link,link,link |
| Flash/AXS | Tickets are being delivered via AXS or Flash Seats |
| Eticket | You are changing the delivery format to eTickets (PDF) |
⚠️ Make sure you select the option that matches your actual delivery method. Selecting the wrong type can cause delays or issues for the buyer.
Step 5: Upload Proof of Transfer
After selecting the delivery type, use the Upload Proof of Transfer button (green button, bottom right of the page) to attach confirmation of your transfer.
