How to Request Event Creation or Map Updates

To ensure your event and seating chart requests are processed as quickly as possible, please follow the guidelines below.

1. Check Section Mapping First

If your tickets are not appearing correctly on an interactive seating chart, it is likely a section/alias mismatch.

  • The Fix: Compare the section name in your listing to the section name displayed on the official venue map.

  • Action: Update your listing’s section name to exactly match the map. In most cases, this will automatically sync your tickets to the interactive chart.

2. Requesting New Events or Map Adjustments

If updating the section name does not resolve the issue, or if you need a completely new event or seating chart created, please contact our Catalog Team directly.

Why email the catalog directly?

Sending requests to our general Customer Support email can lead to delays as tickets must be manually rerouted. Contacting the Catalog team directly ensures your request enters the correct queue immediately.

Please include the following in your email:

  • Venue Name and Location

  • Event Name and Date

  • A link to the map or a screenshot of the mapping issue
