What Is Wallet-to-Wallet (Transferless) Delivery?
Wallet-to-wallet delivery — sometimes called "transferless" delivery — is a method where tickets are passed from a seller to a buyer outside of the official transfer process used by the primary ticketing company (such as Ticketmaster or AXS). Instead of receiving a standard transfer through the ticketing app, you'll receive a unique link to access each ticket directly.
What the Seller Is Required to Do
If your order is being fulfilled via wallet-to-wallet or transferless delivery, the seller must:
- Disclose the delivery method upfront — The listing must clearly state in the public notes that tickets will be delivered via wallet-to-wallet or transferless delivery. This should be visible before you purchase.
- Provide one unique link per ticket — The seller is required to send you an individual, unique link for each ticket in your order — no exceptions, regardless of how many tickets you purchased.
Your Options If the Rules Were Followed
If the seller properly disclosed the delivery method in the listing and has provided you with a unique link for each ticket in your order, the delivery is considered fulfilled per Victory Live policy. In this case:
- You are not entitled to a standard transfer. Wallet-to-wallet delivery is an accepted method under our platform rules, and a seller who has followed the requirements has met their delivery obligation.
- Your tickets are valid and ready to use. Each unique link gives you access to your ticket — save or screenshot each one for entry at the event.
- If you're having trouble accessing a link, contact Victory Live Support and we'll work with you and the seller to troubleshoot access. Note that sellers are not permitted to charge a re-transfer fee without Victory Live's prior written approval.
Your Options If the Rules Were NOT Followed
If the delivery method was not disclosed in the listing before you purchased, or if the seller has not provided a unique link for every ticket in your order, the seller is not in compliance with Victory Live policy. In that case, you may be eligible for:
- Order cancellation and a full refund, or
- Escalation to Victory Live to require the seller to fulfill the order correctly
