Wallet-to-Wallet / Transferless Delivery: Seller Requirements

Category: Seller Policies | Audience: Sellers & Listers | Last Updated: January 26, 2026

Overview

Wallet-to-wallet delivery — also referred to as "transferless" delivery — is permitted on Victory Live under specific conditions. This method involves transferring tickets from seller to buyer outside of the official transfer process authorized by the primary ticketing company (e.g., Ticketmaster, AXS). Because this delivery method differs from a standard transfer, you have additional disclosure and fulfillment obligations that must be met on every order.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in order cancellation, financial penalties, and/or other consequences under the Victory Live Seller Handbook.

Your Requirements as a Seller

1. Disclose the Delivery Method in the Listing — Before the Sale

You must clearly indicate in the public notes field of your listing that tickets will be delivered via wallet-to-wallet or transferless delivery. This disclosure must be made at the time the listing is created — it cannot be added after a sale has occurred.

Buyers must be aware of the delivery method before they purchase. Listings that do not include this disclosure are not in compliance with Victory Live policy.

2. Provide One Unique Link Per Ticket — No Exceptions

For every order fulfilled via wallet-to-wallet or transferless delivery, you are required to provide the buyer with an individual, unique link for each ticket in the order. This applies regardless of:

  • How many tickets are in the order
  • Whether the order was the result of a ticket split

There are no exceptions to the one-link-per-ticket requirement.

What Happens If You Don't Comply

If you fail to disclose the delivery method in your listing or fail to provide a unique link for each ticket, Victory Live reserves the right to:

  • Cancel the order, with a full refund issued to the buyer
  • Impose financial penalties against your account
  • Recover costs from any available seller funds, including your EvoPay account, credit card on file, or via ACH debit

These consequences may be applied individually or in combination.

Re-Transfer Fees

You are not permitted to charge the buyer or Victory Live a re-transfer fee without prior written approval from Victory Live. If you believe a re-transfer fee is warranted in a specific situation (for example, due to unusual troubleshooting on a Flash Seats or Ticketmaster order), you must contact Seller Support to request approval before charging any fee. Victory Live will evaluate the request and respond in its discretion.

Best Practices

  • Add the wallet-to-wallet/transferless disclosure to your listing template so it's never missed
  • Prepare and verify all unique links before delivering them to the buyer
  • Deliver links promptly in accordance with the In-Hand Date and delivery timetable requirements
  • If you encounter any issues generating or delivering links, contact Seller Support immediately — do not wait until the day of the event
