Venue maps not working & order processing questions

Hi

We had 2 questions on the API first we are not seeing the venue maps 

working on any events. Also for the web orders coming from our website 

we have been working off the info below but it is not complete. How is 

the customer info passed on? Name, Address and credit cards? We do not 

see any fields for any of these? Do they not get passed to the ticket 

evolution dashboard? We only have until Aug 1 to get this working, any 

help would be great.
